All orders are processed and carefully prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

During this time, our team conducts a final quality check and secures your items in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Note: Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse may have shorter processing times for customers in North America.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We partner with trusted carriers such as ePacket, YunExpress, Cainiao, and DHL/FedEx to offer reliable shipping options. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and shipping method.

  • Minofox is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

6. Delays or Lost Packages

Delays: International shipping may be delayed due to holidays, customs, or global events. Please allow ample time for delivery before contacting us.

Lost Packages:

  • If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 15 business days, or the delivery window has passed significantly, contact us at support@minofox.com with your order number.

Q: Why does shipping take so long?
A: Our products ship directly from China to ensure quality and affordability. International shipping and customs naturally take longer than domestic delivery.

Q: Will I be charged customs fees?
A: This depends on your country’s laws and your order value. Many countries have a de minimis threshold under which no duties are charged. Larger orders to the USA, Canada, and Australia may incur fees.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: Only if your order has not yet been processed. Contact support@minofox.com immediately. Once a tracking number is generated, the address cannot be changed.

Q: What if my tracking number isn’t working?
A: Allow 24–48 hours for the system to update. If it still doesn’t work, enter the number directly on the carrier’s website. Contact us if issues persist.
