Frequently Asked Questions

Our dolls ship directly from our warehouses in China (or U.S. for North America) to ensure quality. International shipping and customs naturally take longer than domestic delivery.

Customs fees depend on your country’s laws and the value of your order. Minofox is not responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Only if your order hasn’t been processed for shipping. Contact support@minofox.com immediately. Once a tracking number is generated, the address cannot be changed.

Allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update. If it still doesn’t work, enter the number directly on the carrier’s website. Contact us if the issue persists.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for 15 business days or delivery is significantly delayed, contact support@minofox.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier.

Inspect your package upon arrival. Take photos and contact support@minofox.com within 48 hours with your order number. We will send a replacement or provide a refund.

Handle gently, avoid extreme heat or sunlight, clean with mild soap and water, and store in a safe, dry place.

Our dolls are collectible items and are intended for ages 3+ under adult supervision. Small parts may pose a choking hazard.

Most dolls include the outfit shown in the product listing. Accessories may vary—please check each product description carefully.

We offer limited custom options. Contact support@minofox.com to inquire about custom orders.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
