  • Discount: The amount deducted if a coupon code is applied.
  • Order Total: The final amount you need to pay.

Important Note: Minofox offers DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)! The “Order Total” you pay is the final price. It includes all potential import duties, taxes (e.g., VAT), and fees. You will not face any additional tax payments upon delivery. We provide a truly “hassle-free” shipping service.

2. How to Use Coupons

Using coupons is a great way to save!

  1. Get a Coupon: Subscribe to our newsletter, follow us on social media, or participate in promotions to receive exclusive coupon codes.
  2. How to Apply:
    • On the Cart or Checkout page, find the field labeled “Apply Coupon,” “Discount Code,” or similar.
    • Enter your code accurately into the field.
    • Click the “Apply” or “Redeem” button.
    • The system will validate the coupon and update the order total immediately. You will see the discount applied.
  3. Please Note:
    • Generally, only one coupon can be used per order.

4. How to Get Proof of Purchase (Invoice/Receipt)

After successful payment, you will automatically receive an Order Confirmation email containing your order and payment details. This serves as your initial proof of purchase.

If you require a formal invoice, please follow these steps:

  1. Automatically Sent: In most cases, a formal electronic invoice will be emailed to your registered email address within 72 hours after your order is shipped.
  2. Request Manually: If you don’t receive it, or if you have special invoice requirements (e.g., needing a specific company name), please contact our customer service team:
